Life coaching for men

Get clear. Find your way forward.
Build a life that's actually yours.

Whether you feel completely stuck or you're facing a decision you don't want to navigate alone, sometimes you need someone outside of it with you. I'll help you get honest about where you are, see what's actually getting in the way, and work through what comes next โ€” with real conversation, perspective, and practical tools.

What I believe

You don't need bullshit. You need an honest look at what's really going on.

Maybe you're completely stuck. Maybe you're facing a big decision. Maybe you know what you want, but something keeps getting in the way. Or maybe life is actually going pretty damn well and you just want another perspective on where to go from here.

I don't believe in pretending there's one formula for a good life. I believe in getting honest about where you are, what you want, and what's actually standing between the two.

Some things you can change. Some things you can't. Sometimes you need to take action. Sometimes you need to understand what's underneath something first. And sometimes you just need somebody outside of it to help you see what you're missing.

No bullshit. Just real conversation, honest perspective, and practical tools for whatever comes next.

Why me
Brandon Taylor with his dog outdoors

I've lived enough life to know the difference between advice that sounds good and what actually works.

I've built businesses, changed careers, chased dreams, walked away from some, and kept fighting for others. I've made good decisions, made some shitty ones, gotten things wrong, changed my mind, and learned from all of it.

I've also had to go much deeper than work and ambition. I've had to face painful parts of my own story, understand how they shaped me, and do the work of separating what happened to me from the man I wanted to become.

That's what I bring to the conversation: experience, perspective, honesty, and a willingness to go there with you. Not because I've lived your life โ€” but because I've spent years learning how to look beneath the surface of my own, question what I believed, recognize what wasn't working, and find what does.

We weren't meant to do it all alone

There's a strange idea that being a strong man means handling everything yourself. I don't believe that. Some of the strongest men I've known were willing to seek wisdom, ask questions, listen, challenge and be challenged, and bring other men alongside them.

And that isn't only for when life falls apart.

Sometimes you're stuck. Sometimes you're building something you're excited about. Sometimes you're standing between two good choices. Sometimes you're questioning the direction you're headed. And sometimes life is damn good โ€” but you'd still benefit from another man who can see something you can't see from where you're standing.

There's something different about having another man in your corner. Someone who will listen without the bullshit, tell you what he actually sees, ask the question you haven't asked yourself, and walk with you while you decide where you're going.

Who this is for

You don't have to be falling apart to want some help figuring life out.

How we work together

A simple, honest process.

Start with a conversation

We talk about what's going on, what brought you here, and what you want from our time together. No complicated intake process. We start wherever you are.

Get clear

We look at the situation from different angles, ask the questions worth asking, and get underneath things when there's something deeper to understand.

Figure out what comes next

Maybe it's a decision. A plan. A difficult conversation. Something you need to change. Something you need to accept. Or simply a clearer direction. We figure out what actually makes sense for you.

Keep going โ€” if it helps

Some guys may need one conversation. Others may want to work together for a while. There's no predetermined program you're being pushed through. We keep working together for as long as it's useful.

Coaching isn't therapy.

Sometimes what comes up in coaching belongs with a licensed mental health professional. If I think that's the case, I'll tell you. I believe strongly in professional mental health support, and coaching can complement it โ€” not replace it.

Ready when you are

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Start with a conversation. No pressure. No pitch. Just an honest talk about where you are, what you want, and what comes next.
